This will be a short one – got my Addis last week, and I am much happier! I finished one sock, and am about an inch into the second one. Boy, is it a pain knitting for men with long skinny feet! I do seem to have a rough spot on one of the needles, and am trying to work around it. Also looming on the horizon – the Donna sweater from Berroco. I ordered some Plymouth Baby Alpaca, which has not arrived yet. That’s probably good, because I know that the minute it gets here I’m going to want to drop this sock! Our baby birds (from last post) flew the nest within a week of those last pics – they grew up so fast! We’re getting ready for back-to-school, and I also have a friend coming in from DC this weekend to go yarn-crawling. Can’t wait! Now back to my sock!
